does anyone know what this might be? I bought the LR its on and discovered it when I put it in my tank. Is it bad or will it be ok to leave? Its kinda neat to look at I think.

If you had to use a buffer to raise your pH, ive been told that a table spoon of baking soda dissolved into a glass of water will work.
