I just built a new stand to accomodate a refugium underneath and will be switching over soon (which will be a huge project in itself). But, I would like to update my powerheads when I do this. I do have corals, mostly polyps, mushrooms, favia, frogspawn, etc. So - I have a ReaSea wavemaker...

These white branches/tentacles started showing up on the underside of a couple rocks. I think this may be some type of sponge. Any ideas?

Thanks. What do you think about the bio-balls and sponge? They are currently in the sump with my 65 gal. But after I add the fuge will I still need them?

I am planning on upgrading my 65 gallon tank to 125 gallon. Currently I have an Eshopps Sump (rated up to 100 gallons). I would like to piggyback this with a fuge that I have designed. Let me know your thoughts and any changes you think I need to make. I'm not sure if I did the picture right...
