What is the best way to add Kalkwasser Mix to a 125 gallon reef tank?

I was just checking out my reef tank and I noticed these tiny creatures crawling around on the live rock and sand. They almost look like ants or tiny shrimp. Any ideas??? Are they good or bad??? Thanks Rob
