I have a Deltec HOB that came with my tank (used on CL). It skims great, but I've had a hard time getting it to start after I stop it. It feels like a gamble every time I turn it off, but that could be something I'm doing wrong. The Deltec HOB is pretty expensive, but the pump is outside the tank.

Thanks. I've heard the RO water at Walmart can be pretty shaky as far as reef tanks go - depending on when they change their filters. Long term, I know I need to get an RO/DI unit. Any thoughts on the best place to get one? I'm not really sure where to look and what I should be looking for.
