Mine molted and the spots are gone. Good to know other people have the same thing happen with what seem to be healthy shrimp.

My cleaner shrimp has some black spots/marks on it's body. Any idea what this could be. She has had them for about a week and a half. She has been acting completely normal.

That would be cool if they were eggs but the marks/spots are definatly on the outside of the body not really inside.

How often do they molt? He molted about two weeks ago then got the spots after that. As far as I know he didn't molt again when he cleared up. Then he's got spots again.
