I can't find one of my hermits and i say him 2days ago eatting and i can't find my 2 pepperment shrimps either and i've looked everywhere in my tank in the holes in the cracks and well everywhere in my LR and i can't find em but my cleaner shrimp and 2 damsels are doing fine so what gives?

I got 2 pepperment shrimp today and aclimated them and they love it in my tank and i got the TRUE ones too so they're reef safe:D but they're nocternal wich is a bumber though cuz i don't get to see em playing that much:( ...............oh well at least they where kinda cheap only $8 each...

I took my power head out of my tank to cycle the salt in my DI water because the maxi jet isn't strong enuf to do this and the maxi jet is'nt a sub mergable one(i don't think it is anyway) so will my 2 damsels cleaner shrimp and 2 snials be ok for a day with out it??

I think my tank is cycled and so does my LFS but I'm gonna wiat 2 more weeks before i add any fish and my PH is 8.3 Ammonia 0(finaly) nitrites 0 nitrates 30 SG 1.022-1.023(it's inbetween) Temp a constant 80*F calcium is 400 phosphates .5 .....so is my tank cycled? BTW i have brown algea on my LR...
