    Out of curiosity, why wouldn’t you convert this 200-gallon tank to a reef system? I would think that would be less expensive than starting over.

    No water changes?

    Read my message/topic from yesterday with the title FISH KILL. I am starting to believe that I would have been better off not doing a water change...my chemistry was perfect before the change. Tell me what you think!

    Sea horses

    I am in the process of stocking a 12 gallon Eclipse tank. I am considering adding dwarf or pygmy seahorses to the tank. Will they do alright in this size tank? How many seahorses would work best? I really appreciate your input.

    Fish Kill

    Earlier this week I changed 20% of the water in my aquarium. I used salt that I had had for a several years. Within 4 days, all my fish died. They had all been hardy active fish and diedwithin hours of each other (on the 4th day). The chemisty is/was perfect. Does salt go bad?
