I will soon be setting up a 120 gal reef tank. I have read that some people are using southdown sand for their dsb. My question is: is this safe to use and is it the same as aragonite? I'm spending a lot of money on this and I don't want to make any mistakes.

would a sally lightfoot crab cause any problems in a 75 gallon reef tank. The tank has a clown percula,yellow tang, 2 damsels, a foxface, 1 pygmy angel, coral banded shrimp, 3 peppermint shrimp, scarlet and blue leg hermits, hammer coral, mushroom corals, and an elegance coral.
