My brother wants to have blue fish in his 65 gal tank. I talked him out of a Blue Tang but he doesn't want a damsel, any suggestions because I don't know of any others.

My tank specs are below, just wanted to see other peoples suggestions on what I could add next, if anything.

Would a cleaner shrimp and coral banded get along?

I know this sounds dumb but how big is it? Are the grains a bit bigger than sand or is it chunks of coral like 1/2" to an 1" long.
