My nitrate levels are currently reading 160 and I have done 25% water change and it still reads the same, I then have purchased PHOS-X which I have put in my A-Miracle (wet/dry). I dont know what will be the fastest and safest way to lower the Nitrate levels. I really need some help. Thanks Henry
