    AquaC EV series PS

I just bought an EV 180 although I haven't had a chance to hook it up on my tank since it isn't completed yet. I do however think it is well designed and well built. I am actually letting a friend borrow it for her tank right now, and she has had nothing but good things to say about it since...

Opinions on fish list and compatability

Gonna have some polyps and soft corals, so an angel is out. Why would you advise against the tang, other than size restrictions.

Opinions on fish list and compatability

I keep tossing ideas around about what fish I want in my 58 that is currently being setup. I am positive it will house a dwarf lion, but I am having a hard time building around that. My current idea is to have a dwarf lion, kole tang, and possibly a SFE. There will be heavy skimming, so I do...

58 FO, which way to go???

If you could stock a 58 gallon tank with either community fish or as an aggressive tank, what would you add??? I am currently trying to decide how to stock my new 58 that is now going to be FO. Any help would be terrific. Feel free to throw some ideas at me.

    Stocking help for 58 gallon

Hi all, I am setting up a new 58 gallon and have decided not to go reef with it. I am thinking I would like to have a dwarf fuzzy lion and a small eel, prolly an SFE. Any other suggestions? I def. want the lion, but the eel is up in the air. I also thought about getting a sargassum angler...

    open brain coral

IF you feed it about twice a week then it will help it recover faster. I have two brains and one of them had skeleton showing at one point, i just kept it fed and it recovered quickly.

No skimmer, filtration is all natural, live rock and sand. I do water changes of about two gallons every week or two.

    570 watts too much for a 58?

I just picked up a 58 gallon oceanic yesterday and will be moving my 20 long into it sometime in the near future. I am going to stick with VHO lighting but am trying to figure out whether I should go with a 5 or 6 bulb setup. If I do the 6 bulbs I will be using 3 Actinics and 3 50/50s for a...

My 20 long at 18 months

I have two small hang on the back (HOB) filters with no media in them as well as two small powerheads. I think they are 115 gph each.

My 20 long at 18 months

My only filtration is my liverock and sand. I do the water changes and thats about it. Don't add anything but fresh saltwater to it. Seems to get better and better the less I mess with it.

My 20 long at 18 months

Thought I would drop in and let yall know how the tank is doing. It has been about 18 months since I set up my 20 long, and in that time I have changed lighting from PCs to VHO and also rescaped my tanks numerous times. Once I switched over to VHO my tank really took off, all my LPS are doing...

And finally a little warfare. You can tell that my bubble is the dominant coral. I thought the frogspawn would be out of reach, but I guess I was wrong.
