    Shrimp!

Have you had any problems with your lobster in the reef tank? I've considered getting one for my tank but I heard they could be potentially dangerous to some of my inhabitants. Any truth in that...in your experience with them? Thanks, SaltyShark

Anyone ordering from here in MASS?

Okay...I wasn't sure if you were clear on the whole credit issue. Looks like you have a nice clean up crew as it is, but hey, a few more snails never hurt anybody. Maybe you could add a cleaner or blood shrimp if you don't find someone to split the order. HTH SaltyShark

Anyone ordering from here in MASS?

Did you get credit from SWF.com because of a fish/invert death that was covered by warranty? If so then you should have received a REFERENCE NUMBER by Email and an explaination of the process. SWF will replace the fish you lost on your next order for free but I don't believe they will give you...

    Idoine Dip for mushroom?

My LFS admitted to doing an iodine dip with a short acclimation process. So I figured i'd try it when I bought my shrooms only difference was that I acclimated them for a lond period. After that they never fully opened up and were often shriveled up. As of now...may they R.I.P.:( I would...

    Adding Sand

If you don't mind adding the extra couple of inches around your LR use PVC to get the sand in. This is what I did when I added my LS. Just lower the PVC right above the area you want the sand on and pour down the tube using a funnel if needed. This way you wont get sand on your LR or corals...

    scallops

Well...no need to go throw it in the garbage or anything, it is just rare to keep them alive for very long. It is hard to give them proper care when no one can keep one around for long enough to find out their needs. The only things I could recommend is feeding phyto...feeding a lot...and...

    scallops

Sadly it's true :( They just don't do well in captivity. I haven't heard of anyone keeping them for longer than 9 months. I adopted mine from my LFS. It was behind a rock in the LR tank. They guy I talked to didn't know what it was. I asked him what he was feeding it. And he said...
