my PH is at 8.6 an hour before the lighs go on. i have a 130 gal reef tank. i only use 4 72" vho lights. how do i lower it.

I have a 130gl reef tank, been established for about 2 years. my frog spawn has developed a hole in the middle where i can see the skeleton base. it seems to be spreading. i havent added any thing to the tank in at least 6 months. all my levels are good. Alk. is 7dkh, calc 425, ph 8.3. ammon...
