I need a little help what is the spectrum difference between MH 10k,15k and 20k.

This is a FOWLR tank. I run a skimmer 24/7, have about 60lbs of LR. I am planning on starting to run a fuge in the next few weeks. Is it ok not to run a filter? Or mabye run every once in a while.

I already have a blue spotted puffer, a CC starfish,a brittle star, various snails. I am going to get a dwarf lion and a diamond goby. Is this to much to have? I am worried that the puffer will pick on the goby. Do puffers and lions get along?
