Hey, I want to sticky your info post that you did in the New Hobbyist Forum awhile back. Do you mind if I do that? I'll probably go ahead and close that thread and clean up all the posts so that only yours is left.
Let me know. And, thanks, great information for new hobbyists!

Looks like he had a lighting one planned last May and never got around to doing it. Hopefully he will if he sees we are interested. :D

I think its a good idea. Maybe even include it in the thread bang has going.There are several threads that we could archive...maybe clean up a little and make them available for quick reference.I'm sure 007 won't mind the recognition...maybe it'll even motivate him to continue the series. The ones he has posted so far have been very well presented.

Lagoonal Reef
Cyrnobacteria a.k.a Red Slime or Red Algae
Maybe include the threads from 007 under the "informational threads" heading. I'll let you edit bangs thread though....he may take exception to us messin' with his thread...and he'd be much nicer to you than to me.....:D

Let me look at all those posts. Thanks for bringing them up for me, wax! Guy, want to keep Reef topics in this forum. The 101 should definately go in New Hobbyists. I'll look at all of them.

Well, I looked at those info-posts and they are all excellent. Very appropriate and helpful for the NEW HOBBYIST's forum where 007 orginally posted them. I would like to clean up all the threads of the extra posts there and then include these info-threads at the top of the forum in the ADVISE Thread if 007 is in agreement. I already did the 101 thread, so he can take a look at it, and let me know.

Sure thing! Sounds like a good plan to me . . .
Sorry it took me so long to get back on this . . . the holidays and all have been keeping me busy. All the new toys to play with!
I have some time off right now, so I will try and do the lighting thread this week or next.

Great info threads and I'll go ahead and post them up. That way we can all just reference them when new folks need detailed advise. Doing this in the Disease Forum with several subjects has help members a lot, and me as well.
