I know compared to some setups on here thats chump change. But considering I got the 55g tank, stand, and bio wheel filter for free its pretty crazy that Ive hit over $1,000 in the first month and a half of having it. :scared: I have about 60lbs live rock now. 60 lbs live sand. 3 peppermint shrimp. an engineer goby. and a false perc clown fish. The goby and clown came with the tank. And to think Im just getting started

Wait til you run out of room and have to upgrade to a bigger tank!!!!.....LOL. Make sure what ever you buy will transfer to a bigger setup, so you get your money's worth. I am so very serious about this. Buy a skimmer for a 100G+, etc. You'll be glad you did.

That not bad at all. I allready had the tank, stand, sump, and overflow and spent close to 3000.00 getting the rest of it running. But then again i do have alot of stuff now and did buy a nano tank too.

I was going to get ride of the engineer but he does help clean the sand a little. and with all the rock in there now I dont know if ill be able to get him. But if hes ever out swimming around I might try to nab him and trade him in.
Lighting is Coral life with dual Actinic 65 watt and dual 10,000k 65 watt

I happen to love mine. They are not destructive if you know how to care for them.

Go to the forum that you want to post in. At the top of that forum is a box "start new thread"

I've got over 3000$ in equipment in my 20 gallon...And i'm a 16 year old teen reefkeeper...I spend every penny i make working at my LFS on my tank and this hobby...loll (i'm hooked) but i will say this, i could have had the same setup i have now and spent half as much if i would have gone with the good stuff in the beginning...i wasted too much money on upgrade after upgrade when I had to get rid of old equipment.
