thanks, yes its a 48" GLO T5 2 bulb 54w, can't wait for some purple to start building on my LR

Welcome to the Forums. You'll learn a lot here.
You'll probably learn you you've done a few things some will consider incorrect (for example, do a search on tangs in a 55).
Anyway, it seems you've got a good start. Good luck!
By the way, what kind of lights do you have? Just make sure you've got really good lights for that anemone.

its not a very good idea to put an anemone in a tank thats not aged. Hope it doesnt die on you.... Anenomes have a higher rate of survival.. in a) an aged tank and b) with a clown hosting it.
nice tank though, good start.
Might want to add some snails... margaritas, trochus, astrea, nassarius

i set my tank up in july of last year so in 7 months every rock that i had in my tank was completely covered in coralline. im pretty sure that after 2 months most had a coralline cover but now its just crazy how purple. i recently added some more rock (not live) and i already see purple spots everywhere so believe me it will come.
