I purchased a 24 G Nano Reef set up with Nano fission skimmer 1 month ago. It was set up with CC (I will be changing this) and existing water from my main fish only tank. Currently I have 3 hermits 1 fighting counch 2 urchins currently in there. (these came from my main which I needed to add copper to.) As well as a 4 inch Spiny Oyster which is the reason I purchased this tank. It needed lighting that I couldn't afford for a 120 gallon tank. I also have 10 lbs live rock curring for the tank (not currently in tank)
I want to know what chemical additions (iodine, calcium and the like) are reccomended for this tank?
What chemicals should I add when I place in the live rock?
Side note my Fission Skimmer is collecting alot of junk in it's foam netting but I see a lot of posts talking about the skimmer foaming and I don't have that, am I using it wrong?
