1 white lump

I have an eibli angel with one white lump on his left cheek. Been there for about a week or so. None of the other fish have shown any signs of getting it and he swims fine and eats fine. Nothing seems to be wrong with him at all, he doesn't scratch it or nothing. What do you thing this might be?

Perhaps a tumor. I had a fish with similiar problem once and he lived for a long time. The lump never got bigger or worse, but then one day it did start getting worse and the fish died.
I always assumed it was a tumor.

Well as I was watching the fishies eat this morn I saw no more white spot on my angel. Don't know what it was, but it's gone and no one else had it. Hopefully that is the end of it.
