10 G Nano reef pics and ?

Hey,
Jumped into nano reefing a little quick and bought this already setup and running 10g. Some algae problems, but I am doing daily pwc, running chemipure elite and there is no longer any fish in the tank.

What is the "shroom" like coral with neon green tips on the frag plug? Where should it be in the tank? flow etc?

Also what is the brown coral thing in far the back?

that "shroom like coral" looks to be a pissed of green toadstool. im not sure of placement, leathers are not my expertice. (neither is spelling, hahaha)
