Hey guys, little help real quick.
Okay, so Im gonna buy some fish for my 10 gal that i just set up in my dorm room.... was just wondering what fish you would stock it with. Would a clownfish/6line wrasse work (might be pushing bioload, but will the 6line harass the clown?) or would it be possible to go with the clownfish/firefish/clown goby combo? does anyone else have a 10 gal with some cool fish combos??? Im kinda struggling with what to get cause i dont want to overstock it and yet i want to show my fellow dormers how cool saltwater tanks can be. (and to show my roommate that its worth all the moeny im putting into it!!!) thanks for the input!!

hey i kept a 10 gallon for 4 years with a clownfish and a grama in it...so 2 small fish shoudlnt be too bad(even though I was pushing it). I would recomend 2 small fish max, maybe a couple hermit crabs or a cleaner shrimp would be siq. I dunno its really up to you, just use common sense! lol. out of curiosity, are you planning on setting up a reef tank? cuz if u do I would only have one fish in there. good luck!

ya, it is definitly a reef tank...... ya, im thinkin im gonna keep it down to two small fish, i just dont know quite what to go with. Are gramas good fish?? active and whatnot, fun to watch? or would i be better off going with something more like a clown goby or a firefish?

YEA! thought a pair is pretty price(80-90$ most places) they are awesome to watch! any kind of gobie would work well. gramas are beautiful and supposedly VERY hardy yet i have been unable to ever keep one for more than 2 months(tried twice). but i dunno it was when i first got into the hobby. good luck!
