the percula would be ok, but I would not advise it with a seahorse. If you plan on raising seahorses, stay with them, and pipefish. I would do some reading on seahorses if you have not as of yet. They can be difficult to get to eat, and need to eat a few times a day. Some will only take live food, and others will eat frozen mysis shrimp. If you do not have the time to dedicate to seahorses, look for another type of fish to keep.

If you buy captive bred Sea Horses, they are all already trained to eat mysis. Only problem is sea horses don't take well to wide tanks.. they prefer more up and down, like a 20 gallon tall. In fact I believe 20 gallon tall tanks are the smallest recommended size for them, because drastic salinity/temp changes will probably kill them in anything smaller than that.
You'll first have to read up on them a bunch before you buy any.. and I honestly wouldn't recommend them for a smaller nano. I know that's not what you wanted to hear... but maybe it'll save you some heartache in the long run.
