10 Gallon nanocube Question

I am currently living down in Southern California for school.
I am going back home in 3 weeks in San Francisco. I have a 38 gallon running back home which is basically dead but that is a different story.
I plan to start a 10 gallon nano cube when i get back home. When September comes i might have a false percula or two by the end of my summer. I plan to move my nano down south. It will be a 6 hour drive. how do you think my tank will handle that type of move?

Ive used a portable air pump and Stone before to move a tank from TX to NC. you should be able to find a battery powered pump and A couple of C or D batteries for a 6 hr trip. Good luck
