I am starting a 10 gallon tank and was wondering if i could keep and kinds of horses in that. I am wanting to do a dwarf seahorse tank later on and wanted to know if any would work in the 10 gallon.
Thanks for any help

dwarfs are the only seahorses even CLOSE to being able to live in a 10 gallon. dwarves will do fine but any others will die quickly from water quality and no movment.
other then that, this is rykna's territory

like mentioned dwarves could be in a 10gallon just fine...and honestly i personally think you'd see them fine, the adults fit on a quarter and are not that hard unless your tank is packed with other things....but make sure you do lots of research prior as there is a lot more to those little guys like live food twice daily, which means you have to hatch,etc....if you have questions ask...I've had some myself and they were awesome to have, but had to give them up do to not having enough time down the road for them....so make sure you have the dedication and time for them....they are not as fun if all you have time for is to feed them.

As stated, dwarves would work, but horses are definitely a species that requires a LOT of homework and maintenance...

no not to hard to get them to eat, but might be hard to make sure they were all getting enough if you only had a few in there.
I do know of some that used a 10, besides Rynka, she divided off one end, and made that part a fuge. it was really cool. she used a really small mesh, then the pods could get to the other side.
