Hi there,
Not sure about it being overstocked. We all have our way to determine that. If I were to calsify this tank as per what is typically said, I might be incline to say it is overstocked. Personally I think the stocking of a tank depends on two things, filtration and the community that you are building. The filtration has to be able to handle the bioload that you are having in the tank, if the filtration is not adequate than your water will not have good quality. The fish that you decide will have different personalities, deminor and charachter. If you observe your fish very closely they will tell you their needs, just like a cat or dog. I have a Niger Trigger that prefered the 10 gallon tank he started in to the 55 he ended up in, go figure. The point is that if you pay close attention to your fish they become your pet and they know it. They let you know all of their needs, feeding, water quality and even up to their mood (depressed, exicted, happy, playfull, etc.).
To make this story short,
NO this PARTICULAR tank in not overstocked.
