I started setting this tank up quite awhile ago with the original intention of it being a FLOWR tank. However plans changed and I will be setting up a 180 for that and got to set this up as a reef. It is a 100 gallon (60x18x21) tank with 4 60" T5 HO's, 30 gallon sump/fuge, Octopus NW200 skimmer, and 2 koralia 4's(for now). It is not done yet these pics are only with 2 bulbs over it, and I still need to get a couple more big pieces of LR and reaquascape.

Tank looks great man! How long have you had that anthias? Wanted one awhile ago but heard their survival rate was low.

Believe it or not he has only been in the tank for about a week in these pics. He has become very bold very fast for an anthias, even eats pellet already. I have had pretty good luck with them at the shop too I would say about 70% seem to make it

Yeah he is an african flameback, the orange is very bright in person. I had a cherub before but he was to aggressive so I switched them out. This guy seems a lot more laid back thus far

Yeah the male was just starting to host in my big Honeywall before I moved them from the 20 too
I am still trying to decide between a few things. I am trying to figure out what tang I want (I am thinking either as purple or powder blue), a trio of pearly jawfish, probabily a Genicanthus family angel or a school of blue reef or bicolor chromis, some clams, and a lot more corals (mostly LPS)

Well its been a long time since I started this and I never updated it so I figure its time. A while back I lost all my fish to marine velvet so I have been slowly been adding fish back. All my corals and inverts have all been done great in this tank. I also got a new light a the beginning of the year Its a 60 inch 6 bulb TEK.
Current Stock:
Pair of Black & White Clowns
5 Green Chromis
Potters Angel
Male BlueThroat Tright
Pair of Blood Shrimp
Skunk cleaner shrimp (had a breeding pair but the oldest just died)
6 Peppermint shrimp
2 Porcelain Crabs
1 Harlequin serpent star
1 Fighting Conch
2 Cucumber
Now for the only thing that matters photos!

While my sister was in town I had her snap a couple of pics real quick with camera, its a lot nicer than mine and the colors are a lot truer. Also I got a juvie Orange Shoulder Tang unfortunately his about as cooperative as my potters during picture time.

This is how different the color is between the cameras

Is your sand black? How do you like it? Nice pics!
Yes it is, Its a love/hate relationshipand their was a lot more love when I still had my big nassarius snails and fighting conch. If you keep it turned over and clean it looks great and provides great contrast for the fish and corals. if you don't it will show the detritis a lot more then regular sand
