Specs huh... Well, I'm running 2 - 250 Watt MH (12k), 2 - 175 Watt MH (12K), A couple helios actinics, 6 powerheads of various sizes on wavemakers, Berlin Skimmer (and yes, I like it), Kalkwasser Drip, Canister Filter (running from sump), etc... everything seems happy... (for now).

You remember that? I still have it, but it isn't a reef tank. I'm seriously considering converting the tank in the wall to a reef tank... what do you think?

very nice. i like both tanks. what do you have in your in wall tank. as far as fish?

If I tell you what I have in my fish only tank, I'm probably going to get flamed.

However, if you really must know, I have a few purple damsels, 3 yellow tangs, 1 blue tang, an engineer goby, a pair of gold stripped maroon clowns (they lay a lot of eggs!), and a lemon peel angel. I know I'm only suppost to keep one 'big' angel in the tank, but, I have 3. I've attached a blurry picture. Once they get bigger, I'll separate them if I have to (but for now, and the past 2 years, they have all gotten along quite fine).

Joker, I just noticed that you're in Southern California (I work in Los Angeles). Where do you get your livestock?

hey djnsocal.. im in San Francisco area and getting a 100gallon for reef. u have alot of experience id like to talk to more about lighting and filtering my tank since its the same size and urs seems to have tons of light and like i cant see 1 lil spec of algae on ur tank at all.. its crystal clear... do u have Aol instant messanger By any chance?
