$100 too much for Clown Trigger???

My lfs has a 1 inch clown trigger for $100, and I want him. Is that too much to pay, am I getting taken? What did you pay for yours?

thats too much, especially for a 1"er. order one from here for only like 30 bucks. or look around, im sure you can find them cheaper. bo

too much mine was 100 and he was about 3.5 inches. two options, buy online/ shop around or wait until the summer when the price drops

I think that is an ok price for the midwest. The prices should be coming down for us (during the summer). I paid $170 for mine two months ago and he was 2" then. I think SWF might be still selling them for $30 online tho....You should check that out.

For a small clown around here you would pay from 45 to 65 dollars. I think a 100 is a bit high for that fish. You can find them on line for a lot less and swf has sent out some very good ones according to posts I have seen.

i can give you the contacts for a few other places which will send you the rtigger and it will cost about half that price.i would tell you here but that is not allowed on the board.

That's too much. I got mine for 39.95 and he was about 1.5-2".

my lfs has one for 150, and its probably 4-5 inches...it has been raised with tlc and the guy had to bring it back to the lfs because of something, maybe he was moving. i dont know. but it still hasnt sold...

I'd say thats tooo much. They have one at our lfs, smaller than that and they want 120.00 They've had a sold sign on it for about 6 months, its still there. Wonder why...Buy on-line. Later Lisa

Some stores find that people are so anxious to buy a clown trigger when they see it they will pay thru the nose for it. My lfs charges around 65 for one but swf has them at times for 49 bucks plus the handling charges.
