100G tank lighting for SPS and calm

Hi,
This is my first post! I have a 100G tank and the dimension is 48"x24"x20". I have 2 250W 10K MH + 2 actinic VHO, will my lighting system powerful enough for SPS and calm? I have 4" BSD so the height of the tank is really (water column) 20"-4" = 16". At this point, I only want to know if the lighting is powerful enough for most of the SPS and calms or not.

I don't know alot about higher intensity lighting, but if you are using 48 inch VHO bulbs, those are 110 watt a piece I believe, so total wattage including the VHOS is 720 watts. That sounds pretty good to me, 7.2 watt a gallon. And hey, if you find its not enough, you can always upgrade the mh ballasts to 400 watt units. That'd get you to 1020 watts total with VHOs. That would be QUITE excellent lighting I would think for sps and clams. Ungodly hot though.
