110 Gallon, Return Flow

Ihave 110 gallon fish only tank with a built in megaflow.
I use a megaflow kit for the overflow box. it rated at 600gph they say.
i have proclear wet/dry filter with proclear skimmer it rated for 125 gallon tank.
my pump to the top the return i would be 5 1/2 feet.
im looking for the best cheap pump for the sump.. or what size i sholuld get.
i was looking at a
Catalina Aquarium CA -4000 pump for the return. would it be too much flow?
im trying not to use powerhead in my tank

dont ever try to use your return pump for the only flow in the tank. besides, with only 650 gph on your overflow, theres no way you could provide enough flow from your return pump only to create enough flow for the whole tank.
