110 gallon upgrade

So heres the deal, I just came upon a 110 gallon oceanic glass tank for free!!! Right now I have a 29 gallon biocube that has been up for about 6 months. I will be putting everything from the biocube into the 110 gallon and use the biocube as a QT tank. The 110 gallon tank I got came with sand and over 100 ibs of rock. The only thing is the rock and sand were sitting in the tank for months in stagnant water. There is no living organisms as I can see on the rock so it pretty much is not cured.
I took a piece of live rock out of the 29 gallon to start seeding the tank. I also took my old filters from my marine land emperor 400 and have them in the 110 gallon. Tonight i will be doing a 20 gallon water change because that was the biggest container that I had available. How long does everyone think I should let the tank cycle for before adding all the livestock to the tank? It has been up and running for about 2 weeks and I have not done a water change yet.
My biggest problem is the tank being level. The tank is in my basement which the floor is made of concrete and is very hard to find a level spot on the floor. The tank showed it was semi level till i added everything to the tank. Now the tank favors the left side and more water rushes into the left overflow. I tried to shim the left side and it still didn't help that much. Should I be worried about the tank being unlevel and does anyone have ideas what I can do to fix this. The tank is on a sturdy wood stand.
I will post some pictures later.
Thanks for any input you have.

Shim the stand at the floor.... and keep shimmin' till its level..

If I keep shimming till its level the back of the tank will not all be touching the floor. Do I have to worry about the tank warping and blowing out on me or is the stand sturdy enough? Ive had my biocubes bottom blowout on me before so im paranoid.

as long as the stand has 2x4's hold up the inside/bottom of the tank you are fine...if its just MDF then I would shore it up and THEN shim

Thanks, there is 3 different colonies on the rock but the bottom left colony does not look special under the light. I cant wait to see it under the light in the 110 gallon tank.

CCan youh take a picture of the inside of the stand? If it has corner supports you should be fine in puting shims in it to raise it a few inches...just make sure you do it from front to back so there is no tipping possibility front to back.

Im not sure the exact model of it because that was given to me as well. It is the odyssea w/ 3 250 watt M/H, 4 actinic and moon lights.

yeah the wood should be sturdy enough to shim the entire side without a problem...
looks good by the way!
