Well, guys finally jumped into this. As of Thursday I will have a fully functioning tank except for the Rock and Sand.
I did everything myself except the aquarium. Took me 3 hours to build the stand and boy does it look sharp! Total cost $57.00 Saved $100.00
VHO 4 tube lighting. Took me one hour, Total cost $275.00 Saved 100.00
Tank 90 Gallon pre drilled, Cost $240.00 shopping around I saved $100.00 got other quotes from $309.00 to $340.00 same brand same size, same exact aquarium!

Add in a RIO pump $80.00
one rubber maid Sump container, one tube of pure silicone, and one sheet of plexiglass, and a few small pieces of PVC pipe and ball valve= Refugium and wet dry filter.
Thursday i will set up the tank, Friday mix the water, let is agitate for a week, while adjusting Specific Gravity, then next week, call for my rock and sand to be delivered! Voila! Within Budget!
Anyone needs plans for a 90 gallon stand, or the VHO lighting, leave a msg! No! This is a real VHO ballast! not this 40watt thing you will see in the DIY pages! that burns your bulbs out in 6 months!
