I maybe still a newb but that seems like alot of fish for a 125?? i have a 125 and am getting an emperor when i feel my tank is mature enough very very soon but ive kept my bioload way down for that reason

I wouldn't put any big angels in there.Just the Harley and the CT.First the HT at a bigger size then a little clown trigger.

a 125 is not big enough for an adult angel let alone two of them . Stick with the tusk (austarailian) and the later add a clown trigger.
The clown will be aggressive so make sure the tusk is fairly bigger then the trigger . so It doesn't get picked on.
