125 Gal St Up.what Do I Need?

ok i got this tank for free and it has a cracked front piece of glass which i can get a new piece from my buddys glass company. i also know a guy who will take the tank apart and put it back together with a new frame(total cost for glass and rebuid $100. the tanks was used for tropical fish,but no medicines where ever used in it. i will wash out the tank with white viniger. the tank is all tempered glass,so i cannot bore wholes in glass.
i wish to start a reef tank with fish. right now i have a 56 gal with fish and some coral,by the time i am ready to set up 125 i should have a nice reef tank going in the 56. once 125 is cycled and all levels are proper.......can i put the contents of 56 in the 125 a lilttle at a time?
my main question is what will i need for supplies to get 125 running?
i.e. how many pumps for proper flow?,filter(can't cut wholes in glass)?,substrate,refugium,lighting etc?

first what are the demensions of the tanks? and to do it right all depends on how much money you actually want to spend. i would personally would do mh lighting, refugium would be at least a 29 gallon, pumps will all depends how your goin to do your refugium if your would to go overflow box which seems like your going to have to since no holes at least 3-4 x 125 gallons flow. another questions would be what kind of corals/fish you goin to have in your tank.
