125 gallon..with TANG ICH

I have a 125 gallon marine tank. Majority of my fish are tangs and they all have ICH! ahh...im trying para guard..ehh not to much help nothing has changed and garlic extreme. and ginger root..my fish still have ICH, but the fish eat they just have ich..
NE SUGGESTIONS I HATE SEEING MY FISH SICK

well you need to treat it with copper .. Or go hyposalinty, look at the sticky posted by Beth.

You can't treat the maintank, you will have to put them in a QT.

move the invert to Qt
and make hypo in your tank i think it will be the best , becuase you have tangs they need more then 20 gallon QT and you don't want them to get more stress.

Please take a look at the FAQ Thread at the top of this forum, and read the post on ich and hyposalinity.
You should not have put paraguard in your display.

I HAVE NO QT TANK AND I HAVE INVERTABRATES AND I DONT KNOW STILL HOW TO GET RID OF THE ICH..

all my tangs have it, there kinda new been in for about 2 weeks mite be stress...yeah

maybe they have it already for this reason you want QT so you save this " problem" ich as much as you can before you put the fish in your tank , and if you want to keep your fish tank runnig well and to save money (from lose fish) so you must have QT.

the quick way and the best way to have it for now and for the future and it's IMO you can have more other option from other member and you can choose the best option you think
about...
if you can tomorrow to buy 20 gallon tank and it's better the long one.
if you can buy small power head (or if you have more then one in your tank you can use one meantime but it will be better to have one in the QT)
because you do it quick fill from your main tank water to the QT take even some send from the main tank. you will need heater to but you can use with small one like 75watt
take 1 or 2 small lr from the main tank and put it in the QT. it's good idea to buy a small hang on filter to. cover the back of the tank with dark foil (blue or black) .
i know that there is a package of small tank in the lfs compare the prices and you can have quick qt with light and everything
in you case move gentle all the invert to the QT and start hypo in the main tank.
you said that you have mainly tangs so agin i don't suggest to move the tangs to the QT they can get more stress.
at this way you will start to have QT that you can treat a new fish before you add to your main tank , and if one of the fish in the future get sick in any disease you can transfer him to the QT and take care on him there...

HERE is an idea take back the lion and the angler and use your 29 as a QT . move your inverts to the QT and treat the ich. DO NOT USE COPPER BASED TREATMENTS!
Then do some real research on the fish you want and how to properly take care of them. :mad:

put all lr and inverts in a bucket w/ a heater and airstone, do the hypo asap... it saved all my fisH
if u do everything right you shouldn't have ich again
