125 powerheads

ok i have a 125g with aggressive fish in it, and i have some algae on my CC not hair algae but, it almost looks like the algae is painted on the rocks, it is real fine, the tank has two overflow boxes and is drilled the powerheads that are on the overflow bopxes just shoot out on the top of the water should i have some kind of water movement for the bottom to make sure the algae doesnt have time to grow? do i need more powerheads?

Two up high in the rear corners aimed across the surface of the water towards the center of the front glass. The other two in the same corners but lower and pointing across the bottom. The lower ones may need to be a bit further towards the front of the tank(depending on your rock setup)but this will provide a good circulation throughout most,if not all of your tank.
