I am thinking of starting another tank, I am going between a 125 that is 6 feet long, and a 150 that is 4 feet long. This will also house aggresive fish. Is the 125 better because it is longer, or is the 150 better because of the extra 25 gallons?
I completely agree. Surface area is more important than gallons. Also, almost all fish prefer length and width instead of height. Fish need space left to right more than top to bottom.
