My dad said he'd buy me a 125g tank :D but I'd have to work to get all the equitment and fish but I was thinking about the fish list what do you think?
1 juv emperor angel(will I have to get a bigger tank when its full grown?)
1 snowflake moray eel
1 black volitan angel
1 red volitan angel
1 yellow tang
1 Harlequin Tusk
I've never had a tank this big so I don't know if I'm overstocking.
I'm also talking about when all of these fish are full grown!

Don't you mean volitan lion not angel? I'm the kind of guy that thinks if you are going to do agressive, do agressive. If you want to do community, do community, but dont mix them. The reason I say this is because agressive fish can really deteriorate the water conditions that are needed to be in pristine quality for angels and tangs. I think the red volitan, snowflake eel, and h. tusk (be sure to get an Aussie) would be a good mix. You could also add one more medium sized fish to that mix, say a less agressive trigger species (blue jaw, pink tail, maybe picasso), a smaller grouper species such as a blue-line, or a hamlet. Bo

crap I meant lion! Stayed up until about 5 last night. I really like the Blue jaw so there's my list.
1 snowflake moray eel
1 red volitan LION
1 h. aussi Tusk
1 blue jaw trigger
In what order should I add these? Also could I add a dwarf lion with them? Will it be compatible with the volitan?
thanks

Watcher, that sounds like its going to be a great tank. Since none of the fish you are getting are very agressive, I don't think order of introduction matters very much. Here is the way I'd do it, Tusk, Eel, Lion, Trigger. I'm pretty sure you can keep a dwarf lion with the volitan, but with those four fish, your bioload is pretty much maxed. Have you decided on filtration, etc. You will definatley want a good skimmer and some powerheads in there. In My 75, a have a red sea berlin protein skimmer, emperor 400, 25 gallon sump, 60 pounds ls, 25 pounds cc, and one 100g powerhead on each side of the tank. Best of luck with your new tank, Bo

Watcher as far as your first list it sounds good but i would get rid of one of the lions or the eel those lions get big!

I've decided not to add the dwarf lion, what do you think I should add for filtration? I'm thinking of going with 2 Lee's Counter Skimmer up 60g. The reason why I'm going with these is that I don't want a sump and hang on the back skimmers are pretty limited. I'm also going to add a Millenium 3000 wet/dry filter. a 4" sandbed, 45lbs of live rock and 60lbs of base rock
Does this sound good for filtration? thanks
