how long should the lights on a nano cube last. the tank has been running for about 5 months and the lights won't go on.

how do i tell which one is bad if i don't have a new bulb to try in the ballast. and since this site doesn't sell the ballasts or the bulbs then can you post the site.

If it is a bulb I can sell you a bulb b/c I bout a bulb not knowing my ballast was burnt out..

well it isn't the bulb, but thanks for the offer.
turns out it was the connection to the bulb that was loose. it is a pain in the behind trying to get those screws back in on the splash guard. will it hurt if some are still in the tank, or should i get them out.(dropped a couple)

i didn't know the hood came off as easily as it does. that would have better to know last night. but i did get the screws out. thanks for the posts the last one saved me from more aggravation tonight.

Its a CoralLife bulb 50/50. 24 watts There the same as the stock ones.
