According to the book that I have (Marine Fishes, by Scott W. Michael), Fuzzy Dwarfs need
at least a 30 gallon. They get up to 6.7 inches, and even at 2 inches when it is a baby, a 14 gallon is too small.
As for the frogfish, the book states for each of the frogfish that they need a minimum of a 30 gallon, and do best in a species only tank, or with tankmates much larger than itself (in a 14 gallon, you won't be able to provide that).
I am a newbie myself, and have been doing a ton of research and will keep doing more even when I get my tank. Making the wrong decisions, from what I've heard on these forums, costs money, time, and the lives of innocent fish.
Please research more before making any decisions
