140 tank! lighting??

i have a 140 tank and im planning on putting in some soft corals
not the hard corals that need the

[hr]
heavy duty lights
but for the soft corals which ones dont need the best lighting i have great lights 2 day light bulbs and i also have 1 long flourescent 50/50 BULB what would beable to live in my tank
what corals can live wiithout the heavy duty lights???

Anything non photosynthetic would be your safest bet. You could probably get away with some mushrooms but that's about it.

whats none photosynthetic?? whats my market im looking at just mushrooms or ... ???

Really you can do a lot that are non photosynthetic. Some gorgonians, the red and yellow they sell here are Ok. Chili coral, sun corals, sponges, might be some others but that's all I can think of. Also there are other things that are inverts and don't need light. Like feather dusters, flame scallops, certain clams like cleaner clams. Just because you don't have a lot of light, doesn't mean you cant have a beautiful tank!

what are the dimensions of your tank...they have some pretty sweet deals on *bay for lights that you can do amazing things with and will only be a couple of hundred or so

the dimensions are about 6 feet long 2 feet width and about 3 feet high
here is a pic

i know i can get some pretty sick stuff i just have just about no idea what to look for. how to go about it? how to put it in my tank? how many hours a day to feed them light? if i need to target feed them? lol
ive had fish for awhile but no coral life before lol
o and my lights i have now are two 20,000 day light bulbs

im cureently purchasing about 80 pounds of LR lol i know it looks a little bare for a reef tank but im getting there lol
