145 Gallon Semi Reef Tank

I have a 145 gallon tank and want it to have lots of live rock like 150lbs and some zoo's and some other low light corals
The tank is 24"s deep
I was thinking of 4x54 HO T5 lighthing but not sure
Any help would be appreciated

Very low light corals, such as mushrooms and polyps will work, but I'm not sure about much else...
