14k-15k -best brand

need some new lighting 250 watt mh would 14 or 15 be better and what brand is everyone recommending thanks have all softies and some bubble tip anemones thanks

I'd go with the 14k, USHIO, IWASAKI,XM,HAMILTON,AQUALINE,GIESSEMANN..

If it's a double-ended bulb I'd go with Phoenix.

The XM 15k is horrible. It has a nice color, but you will have extremely slow coral growth.
If you are using moguls, then try a 10k of 12k reeflux...
