15 G Sump

I saw a 15 Gallon Sump for $50 that is less than a year old. Is this a good price? The other questions I have is, will it work well for a 29G tank? How do they work? Thank you.

I use a 15 gal tank for the sump on my 29 and it works just fine, and it only cost about $30 to make. I siliconed acrylic pieces in as baffles and haven't had any problems with it in almost a year
