150 aggressive startup?

my brother-in-law just purchased a 150. it is 48x24x30 he is considering doing an aggressive tank. i know nothing about aggressive fish. so here is his questions.
1. what is the smallest full grown shark he can put in the tank?
2. what is the smallest full grown sting ray he can put in the tank?
3. can he have an eel in the same tank?
4. what kind of fish will be safe if he gets the above three if the above three can be in the same tank?
5. how deep does the sandbed need to be for the ray?
this tank has nothing in it yet just painted the back black.

i don't know of any shark of ray that can be kept in a tank that small. A variety of eels can be kept in there. The easiest and most peaceful is the snowflake moray.

Ya no ray or shark can go in there. The smallest tank for a marbled catshark and cortez ray would be 6'x2.5'x2'.

I thought that the Zebra is the most peaceful. And as far as you question goes I would stay away from sharks and rays
