What is the best way to divide a 125 gal tak into refugium and sump.. My plans are for Macros and xenia for nitrate removal. I need ideas or links to diagrams for baffle placement. I am going to use a submersible pump in the to return to main tank.
I am installing this in the basement below the main tank on the main floor of my house. Right now I have two over the top overflows rated at 1200 GPH each and was thinking of the Mag 18 or 24 and T-ing off the return back into the refugium side. Any thoughts changes or ideas will greatly help me.
But I need to do this before the the "Boss" changes her mind about letting me drill holes in the floor.

hum.. not to shure in what it is u want but.. if u know the baffle placement and need idea on how to feed the sump area and feed to the fuge area then i may help.. since u have a dual overflow.. 1 can go to sump and 1 to the fuge.. only reason i say 1 for each is because i think both overflow into the fuge will cause too much turbulance (spelling?) and kick up lot's os sand and thus clouding into the sump area.. thus getting pumped up into the main display.. unless.. u plan to have a drip-plate or somthign of the kind to slow the water as it enter the fuge area.. then both would be nice...

If you want build ideas for your sump/fuge you might want to check out melevsreef.com you might find some good info there.....If your referring to how to attach your baffles inside the tank glass would probably be easier since silicone attaches better to glass than acrylic...
