I have a 150 gal tall, want to turn it into a reef tank.Is led`s bright enough to reach the bottom?

All type of light fixtures par reading degrade the deeper you go. Even the sun degrades, that is why reefs are certain levels in the ocean. You will just have to adjust rock ledges at different levels in your tank to grow the different type of corals you want. And then find or buy a par reading instrument to adjust the rock ledges.
