150W MH Hang On Light on a 12 gallon aquapod?

would that be to much lighting? also if i had this would i also need actinic lighting?

I dont even have that much over my 20g reef. I dont think it is too much light but i think that you might have some problems with heat and not light, you are going to have to have the light pretty high up. :notsure:

i have a 65 watt on my 20 gallon and i can keep just about any coral i want, if u go with that light u will have some heat and algae problems.

To the first question: no.
To the second question: no, so long as you use a 14,000 K or 20,000 K bulb.
