175 Gallon Tank...What Protein Skimmer?

I am setting up a 175 gallon tank and I am looking for recommendations on protein skimmers.
Any insight and personal experiences is appreciated.

your 175 gallon tank- do you have a sump attached? what is the total volume of your system?

I am going to add a 75 gallon sump. I am looking at the Deltec 1250. Would that suffice?

in my opinion, no.
i would go with one of those MSX skimmers. MSX 200 or 250.
they say these are the most efficient skimmers for the money.
