175 Watt Energy Savers Ballast

I have this laying around and wanted to get rid of it. I had 3 of them and this is the last one I have left. It's about 8 months old with less use than that and this is just for the ballast. The is no rust on it and its in great condition. I would like to get $50 OBO shipped for it.

Does it come with the power coards and everything? Also I have M57 bulbs will it fire these? I think they are pulse start im not sure

What does the plug from the ballast to the bulb look like?

It comes with the cords and the plug looks like this from the ballast to the fixture.

It comes with everything up to the fixture right? I just need a bulb and a reflector correct?
